Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Plans that include DNA testing require a minimum 12-month commitment, during which users are obligated to continue their subscription payments.

Users agree to fulfill their financial obligations for the full commitment term, and early cancellations are not permitted except under exceptional circumstances.

Any attempts to cancel before the term ends without an approved exception may result in additional fees or restrictions on future service eligibility.

Supplement and meal plan recommendations are based on genetic data but are not tailored to treat specific medical conditions.

8. Food Safety & Supplement Compliance

Our supplement recommendations comply with the Dietary Supplements Regulations 1985.

Any food-related services comply with New Zealand’s Food Act 2014.
